Domestic Shipping Rates
Our shipping charges initially are based on the dollar amount you order. The table below lists the charges. We will ship USPS Priority Mail unless you specify otherwise.

Although our shipping is based on the dollar amount of the total sale, we will use USPS Priority Mail for shipping as our first option – however there may be times when UPS will be required if the order is bulky. If we use a service other than USPS Priority Mail, additional shipping charges may be added to the order. We make every attempt to ship using the least expensive method.
Shipping Services
Encore Quilting and Embroidery will do everything possible to pack and ship your order the following day after your order is received. On occasion, it may even go out the same day – however during peak rush times, it may take an extra day to get the order shipped. Although the online store is open 24 hours, shipments are only sent Monday – Friday only. Any orders received Friday afternoon will go out the following Monday.
Back Orders
If we find an item on your order to be on backorder, we will notify you immediately. Any shipping charges for any backorder item(s) will be waived. You will only be charged shipping on those items that are in stock and shipped to you.
The only time we will contact you is if we have a question about your order or to notify you an item is on backorder.
Returns and Exchanges
We hope all of our customers are 100% satisfied. We have a 30-day return policy on items you are not satisfied with. Refunds will be issued once items are returned to us. Refunds will not be given for shipping & handling charges. A 20% restocking fee is charged for returns.
Sale items, cut yardage, kits, opened packages and software may not be returned. Due to copyright laws, patterns and books may not be returned. All returns must be in original condition and packaging and they must not have a smoke odor to them. Returns that have a smoke odor will not be refunded.
Defective items will be exchanged for an identical item. Please contact us for details about defective items.
Cancellations
Any order may be canceled prior to shipping with no additional charges incurred. Once the package is shipped, the above Returns and Exchanges policy will be in affect.
